We will pack and ship your order within 3-4 working days.
Australian orders over $90AUD will ship for free via AusPost using their standard service.
We also have the option for express shipping, for a small fee.
All domestic orders over $90AUD will receive free standard shipping within Australia.
We do offer express shipping for a small fee if you want to rush your order.
For our international friends, your shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Please note that you will be responsible for any overseas duties, including import GST/VAT, clearance or customs or any import charges that you may incur as these are not included within our pricing.
Our knit kits and yarn have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you’ve had a change of mind, or your product is not what you were expecting, we will give you the option for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. (This means that the wool has not been unwound.)
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
We recommend returning your kit using the packaging it arrived in.
Please note that you will have to cover the cost of your shipping if your items are not faulty.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please review your order as soon as you get it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
This way we can review the issue and sort it out for you straight away.

The fastest and easiest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item/s you have and we will then send you your new order.
Yes you can, as long as you return your order within 30-days and your items are in the same condition as you received them.
We’ll let you know as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
