Loved making the Max Vest! I was nervous about the neckline being challenging, but surprisingly found it very straight forward after watching the supplied video for it. I also added more rows so it was a less of a cropped vest and more full length. Can’t wait to start my next project!

A lovely pattern. Easy to follow instructions and videos! Had to watch the video a couple of times with the V neck part. Worked out well! Hard to choose a colour. I chose watermelon sugar, in love ! It feels so nice on, great for Autumn weather.

If you’re tossing up whether or not to get this kit, you absolutely should! The vest is cosy and warm and looks so good. It’s finally cold enough to wear it here in Melbourne. I got some more wool to knit this in pink!

This vest was such a fun project to work on! I learnt new skills such as picking up stitches and doing ribbing on sleeves and necklines. The Crocodile Rock wool is a dream to work with and glides effortlessly on the needles. I’ve bought more wool so I can make another vest! Thanks Cardigang for another beautiful project!

Lovely and cosy and knitted up quickly. Vest seems a bit larger than I anticipated even though I checked my guage. Kit had ample wool, I have a ball and a bit left over after making a medium and adding 4 rows of length (it would have been too cropped for me without the extra length).

I'm not a confident knitter, made a few holey scarves as a kid but never attempted something like this before. I was sick and this kit kept me sane for four days. It was super easy to follow the instructions and videos and I had a blast creating this vest. It's warm and soft and I love that I made it myself. Such a great sense of satisfaction.

Overall a very satisfying and relatively quick knit! I rated 4 stars because I found the instructions to be more difficult to read compared to other Cardigang patterns. Some steps were not clearly written and could have used more detail. Otherwise the premium merino wool is beautiful, warm and really easy to use!

So easy, added a few extra in the body, as it longer :-) Looking forward to getting more yarn and making it in other colours

Good beginner pattern with thick yarn which made it quick. I liked tha pattern layout and had everything you need.

Although fun to make, the picture shows this finishing near the waist length. However, this made up finishing at the hip so heaps longer then I wanted. Would be helpful to include more measurements in the sizing with tips on how to adapt for longer or shorter lengths.

Gosh I love this pattern. I'm really enjoying the knit as it's quick and easy, even with the 15mm needles. May be worth noting the way I hold my needles has changed to accommodate the larger size.

Two points.
First can you please have the gauge on the pattern itself. I found it a tad hard to find amongst everything else listed through the QR code.

Second, for some reason I didn't get the stitch markers, needle nor label in my kit, even though they are listed as being included. I have rechecked all the packaging to make sure I didn't miss them.

I am nearly done with the knitting. Halfway through, instructions are clear and easy to follow. The yarn is nice and thick, easy to knit with the knitting needles provided in the pack. It’s a good knitting pack that has all the things needed for completing the vest.

Reasonably easy to follow pattern and style.

I have knitted myself a medium pink and a small green. Personally I prefer the medium. I’m a size 10 and I love that it is longer and baggier. Knitting a 3rd vest now in yellow for my son. So easy and the garment grows so quickly as you knit either big chunky wooden needles. Love 💗💚💛

If you're semi-impatient like me, this pattern is perfect as it is relatively quick to do. There is a few different knitting techniques which means you don't get bored of doing the same stitch over and over again. It is also great for a beginner as the stitches are basic but look great in the final product.

Haven’t finished yet but so far finding this pattern a joy to knit!

Loved knitting this vest!! Took way less time than I expected and the instructions were really easy to follow. Can’t wait to get started on another Cardigang project!

This was my first foray back into knitting after almost a decade, and I loved it! A few stitch-related breakdowns were had, but now it’s done I can’t wait to knit another!
Next time I will try a size smaller, the 14-16 ended up a bit oversized on me. Also ran out of wool when I was so close to finishing but they sent an extra ball asap!
Couldn’t recommend Cardigang enough!

Third Cardigang kit, and I just keep falling more in love with knitting. This was my first time knitting in the round and my first v-neck. Instructions were easy to follow and I’m so thrilled with the result.

My 4th project, love the soft wool and perfect pink colour. Enjoyed immensely. Unfortunately was a ball short to complete, so a little delayed finishing. Thanks Morgan for sending another ball. Pattern is fairly easy to follow. I can’t wait to knit something else ☺️
