Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

We want you to love your Cardigang kit. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your kit within 30 days for a full refund, provided it’s unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@cardigang.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order. In those cases, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
