Yes, we do still ship to the USA, however due to recent changes we can no longer offer standard flat rate shipping (sad face). To get your cosy goodies shipped to the US, we offer a DHL Express service - a fast, fully tracked courier service with shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details. Tracking will be emailed to the email address used when placing the order.

Domestic Orders

Express shipping options are faster and typically take 2-3 days within Australia, and standard shipping typically takes 4-5 business days.

International Orders

International orders typically take 5-9 business days for standard shipping. DHL Express orders typically take 2-3 business days.

Your pre-order will be dispatched during the shipping window shown on the product page and at checkout.

If you’ve grabbed in-stock goodies too, they’ll hang tight and ship together with your pre-order.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@cardigang.com.au. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

For customers in Australia, New Zealand, USA, and the UK, duties and taxes are collected at checkout. You won’t need to pay anything further when your order arrives.

For all other regions, please note that any local import duties, taxes, or fees applied by your country’s customs authority are the customer’s responsibility. Payment of these charges is required to release your parcel from customs. If you are unsure of the potential costs, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

Orders that are refused at delivery or not released from customs will have any duties, taxes, and return shipping costs deducted from the refund amount.

Every now and then our online shelves get a little out of sync with what’s actually in the warehouse. If this happens and something in your order isn’t available, we’ll slide into your inbox quick-smart with the option to swap it for something equally fabulous or grab a full refund.

We want you to love your Cardigang kit. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your kit within 30 days for a full refund, provided it’s unused and in its original packaging. We do not refund initial shipping charges for return items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order. In those cases, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Unfortunately free exchanges are not possible for shipping addresses outside of Australia. However, our customer service team is here to help make sure you've chosen the right product, simply email any enquiries through to hello@cardigang.com.au

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@cardigang.com.au with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right by sending you a replacement or issuing a refund.
