I can highly recommend cardigang for anyone who is a social media doom scrolling addict as I am. Since I have started this project I haven’t felt the need to scroll mindlessly online. Cannot wait to start my next project.

I did it!!!! I can’t believe I managed to complete this project, as a complete beginner. Never thought knitting would be so relaxing and rewarding. I ordered the cardigan Jane kit and couldn’t put those needles down. It’s so much fun and easy to follow and learn to knit. Cannot wait to start my next project.

I did the Shannon cardigan first and was extremely happy with how it turned out so this one threw me for a few loops. The purl stitch means the edges don't sit flat so highly recommend blocking this cardigan for a nice finish. The pattern also makes quite oversize sleeves, so I went back and reduce these and used 12mm needles for the cuffs so they could be slung back on the arm. In the end I was happy with the finish and I learned a lot along the way!

My Nana's were both wonderful knitters, and although they endeavoured to teach me as a child, I could never finish a thing. Today, with the help of Cardigang, I finished a cardigan. And I love it. I'm 60 years old, and FINALLY, I can knit ! The instructions were good and the pattern was nice. I did swear a bit. BUT, I'm wearing my masterpiece. My Nana's would be proud...finished it off with some vintage buttons from Nana's old button box. 💖 Thank you Cardigang for giving me confidence to have a go.
