After knitting two Billie blankets in acrylic previously I’m halfway through the Billie blanket in the premium wool. It’s so soft and chunky and thick and cosy feeling… I’m loving it. My granddaughters have loved them but I think this premium is my favourite, to knit with and the feel the comfort of it.
The best part of chunky wool is the knits take much less time, but they do shed quite a bit with continued use and wear, nothing a fabric shaver can’t fix
