My first knitting in over 30 years. So easy and fab. It’s not perfect, but I am so proud of myself for finishing this and will wear it forever.

I’ve never knitted before, and I’m notoriously terrible at crafts! They never look right when I’m done. The cardigan took me six weeks of knitting at night when I had time, but it felt so therapeutic. It’s not perfect, but I am so proud of it and will wear it forever.

I look forward to my couch time!

I have only knitted a little before and could only make squares so was hesitant in my ability to conquer this cardigan. The instructions were easy to follow, the videos are really helpful when you get stuck and it turned out so great. The photo absolutely does not do it justice. If you're just starting out I highly recommend this for a confidence boost!

First time knitter & I'm totally chuffed with this pattern & the cardigang. Could not wait to wear it, I love it. Patten is super super easy to follow & the video tutorials took all the stress away.

I was a knitting newbie but this kit made it fun, easy and addictive. I was challenged at age 47yo to learn a new skill and stop scrolling on my phone. I did practice uncharacteristically until I was happy with my swatch multiple times and watch extra YouTube videos, some were more comprehensive on technique and explanation of how to get consistent stitches. In the end was so pleased and got it right first time! I can definitely see the value of having the kit ready for a newbie to make the chance and mistakes a minimum. Highly recommend!

I just finished knitting my first beginner cardigan and loved the experience! The written and video instructions were super helpful and easy to follow, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The fit turned out true to size, and I'm really happy with how it came out. A great project for first-timers!

I'm only partway through my project, and I'm already in love with this kit and the well designed pattern. Though the time estimate for the project feels a wee bit ambitious and must assume *some* knitting experience, I was able to build the basic skills I needed with support from the videos and lots of practice doing, un-doing, and re-doing in the first day. There's no way this will be my last kit from Cardigang no matter how this first attempt turns out because I'm having so much fun.

The step by step instructions made the knitting project easy to complete. I elevated the sweater by parquet g on closures because I have not yet learned how to make button holes. I can’t wait to start my next project!

This was so easy to knit. My third item. I have had so many compliments every time I wear this cardigan. People can’t believe I made it.

I loved everything about knitting this cardy. It has given me the confidence to do so much more. The only thing I’d change is the sleeves were too short, so I unpicked them and added a couple more rows.

Just about finished it, yah!!! I am a beginner, as in I could knit a scarf when I was a kid but couldn't cast on/off, and haven't picked up the needles since then.
I still struggled with some of the instructions (happy to explain for more detailed feedback) and it definitely took me way longer that 7 hours (maybe more like 21hrs) but it has ignited my love for knitting and this will be the first of many new projects.

The best part about this project was how much satisfaction you got, because the wool is so thick it does knit quickly (just not 7 hours quickly for me), so when I had to unpick I didn't mind as much.

I also got stuck a few times so had to facetime my Mum to walk me through my f**k ups, so I recommend having a knitting expert that you can also call on to help you understand why it isn't looking like the picture!

This cardigan was so much fun to make to the point where I was looking forward to coming home after a hard days work, relax and start knitting. Regarding the pattern itself, it was pretty straight forward. The only thing I really struggled with was decreasing the stitches on the sleeves to narrow them but I got the hang of it eventually. It took me 2-3 months to make start to finish. I love my chunky cardigan and will never stop bragging about the fact that I made it myself !!!

Completed in a weekend! So fun and my mother wears it everywhere recommend sizing down!

I did the test square and was spot on. I made the size 6-8 and it is just too big across the back
I am generally a size 8

This was not my First Cardigang knit so I did have some experience and was not a total beginner. I found this pattern easy to follow and it produced a good Cardi.

Mighty have been easy had the other products backed it up. Bit needles and will make it hard to do

First sweater I’ve made. The only reason I gave a 4 star rather than 5 is there was not enough yarn. Made a size 2 and ran out on the final sleeve.

I loved this so much that I completed it in just a few weeks (did a few hours each night)! My mom couldn’t believe I made it! So soft and just waiting for my blocking to dry to wear it. (Video is pre-blocking).
