Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During peak periods (e.g., sale events, holidays), processing may take an additional 5-10 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Standard shipping: 2-8 business days — $13 AUD (or free over $110)
• Express shipping: 1-2 business days — $20 AUD (subject to availability) 
• We cannot ship to PO boxes 

International Shipping We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout.

• United States: 5-8 business days - $20 USD (or free over $150)
• United Kingdom: 5-8 business days - $20 GBP (or free over $150)
• New Zealand: 5-8 business days - $20 NZD (or free over $150)
• Rest of world: 5-8 business days - rates calculated at checkout

Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival.

• United States & United Kingdom: No surprises at your door. For US and UK orders, applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — we handle payment on your behalf so there's nothing to pay on delivery.
• New Zealand: Deliveries to New Zealand over NZ$1,000 may be subject to import duty and GST, which are charged by New Zealand customs and must be paid by the recipient.
• Rest of world: Orders shipped to all other international destinations may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you're unsure what may apply.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
