Kerry Jumper Knit Kit

I love this jersey. It was a great second project. I really enjoyed knitting in the round . Excellent comprehensive instructions with vid clip support. Loved using this yarn as a beginner knitter. Definitely size down for a nice oversized fit. It was a quick and satisfying project as it only took a week to complete.

I've tried four of the wool patterns, and I wanted to try the alpaca for something new. Learning to knit in the round was challenging, but I took my time, and the instructions and videos helped (saved me). I loved knitting with alpaca; it's super soft, light, and still cosy.

I love this knit. I’m wearing it right now in fact and it is so warm and toasty. I think I might need to do this one in alpaca. I’m about a size 10-12 and ended up dropping a needle size and knitting the smallest size. This is because I was a little blase about the gauge. 🤣 I blocked at the end too and I highly recommend doing that as well. Helps with the shape. My advice would be not to get disillusioned if you make a big boo-boo. Just unravel and re-knit. Tinking is all part of the fun. 💜

Easy and beautiful

It is great to have everything you need included. The pattern sizing though is very big and I ended up undoing my work and making in a smaller size. It is still generous but I love it.

I love oversized jumper and this is definitely it. Easy to follow instructions after reading them a few times even for a newbie. Keen to try the pattern again with a different yarn.
