Finished my holly jumper kit after weeks of quiet night time knitting. Feel like I could have gone down a size or two forgetting it’s an oversized jumper but either way at I am so proud of myself!!! Utilising different techniques to make different textures was my favourite part of this knit.

I absolutely love making the jumper. It was easy to follow and love the result. It’s so soft and warm!

As a total beginner, I went bold to start with this kit. It took me a while at the beginning, but once I got the gist, I started enjoying quite a lot - cant wait to see the final product!

I will preface this by saying that the only thing I had knit before this was a scarf, but I was challenged by this kit. Everything was fine until the neckline, which I found to be the most challenging part, and also the most vague in terms of instructions. I actually had to pull it apart, watch other people’s videos and then come back and redo it twice. I wish the video tutorials showed the actual project you were working on too- that would have really helped to know if I was on the right track. I also ran out of wool- some more trouble shooting would be helpful with common mistakes beginner knitters make- picking up extra stitches for example.

Great first jumper. Knitted up quick. Easy to follow instructions & video links were a real help too. Great kit for a beginner.

As someone who knitted with mum as a kid, this has brought me so much joy in my 40’s. The whole kit is amazing, instructions easy to follow and the wool and patterns are Devine. Thank you
